Good scan results!

Last week, I had my first scan since starting the new chemo. I completed only 1 1/2 rounds and results show good response. It’s working!

This chemo does not have a max limit so as long as it continues to work and my body can tolerate the side effects, we will stay on this until the tumors are gone. My doc seemed very optimistic that we can get rid of some of the smaller tumors then radiate or surgically remove any remaining tumors. eeeekkkk!!!

We have been working on our outside area (deck, garden, chicks) as we plan to stay home quite a bit this summer. With chemo 2 out of 3 weeks, our free time while feeling well is limited. This chemo is hard on me...but it’s working so I plan to give her hell!

Attached are a couple tumor measurements so you can see how much they grew them shrunk in just 3 months.

10 months ago I was diagnosed with stage 4 LMS. Crazy to think of what we’ve been through in less than a year. Couldn’t be doing this without my amazing support system. Than you all!
