Well we have made it to the last round of chemo/trial drug in Seattle. Cass has done awesome this week. She continues to amaze me with her strength and courage! Although we don’t exactly know what her next step is, I know she will take it head on! she can continue on the trial drug every 3 weeks for up to 18 months, and that is the plan for now. Once we get her next scans done it will give us more of a direction. Different chemo or radiation, new trial drug, surgery, Bend, Houston, who know… So many things to consider!
But for now, we are looking forward to bringing our trailer home on Monday and enjoying Christmas in Bend. We got the lights up last week, and can’t wait to get our tree soon! Thank god for Amazon because finding the time, and energy to go shopping just is not in the cards this year.
